David has over 20 year’s professional experience having joined Minett & Partners from Pitcher Partners. David specialises in providing accounting, taxation and business advisory services to individuals, family groups and small to large corporate groups across a variety of industries including primary producers, financial services, trade services, retailers, property developers, and investment operations.
David’s considerable experience enables him to assist clients with the development of their business by providing a complete service including accounting and taxation compliance, detailed business and taxation planning, financial budgeting and forecasts, operational and system reviews.

Karen joined Minett & Partners in 2009 as an executive client manager and was appointed a director of Minett & Partners Auditing Pty Limited in 2010. Karen has had over 10 years extensive experience in providing audits and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Her clients include manufacturers, traders, consultants, financial services providers, superannuation funds and solicitors. Karen has particular interest in providing valuable insight into the types of risks that companies face and how to manage those risks and opportunities. Karen’s close involvement in all clients engagements is a key feature at Minett & Partners.
She also acts as Chartered Accountants Program Module Examiner for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and examination marker for the CPA examinations.

Todd has over 35 years of experience in public practice with expertise in problem-solving for SME’s over a multitude of industries including education, hospitality, retailing, personal services and health. Being an avid reader of military history, he has a keen understanding of the importance of business strategy and priorities to achieve business success. He recently celebrated 25 years as a Chartered Accountant.
Married to Tracey, with two young daughters. He is the current President of Sutherland Public School P & C and is the Honorary Auditor of St John’s Parish Sutherland, and has received the Cook Community Award from Hon Scott Morrison Prime Minister, Member for Cook.
